Wasabi Pesto Rigatoni


  • 3 cups of Rigatoni(or any pasta of your choice), boiled.

Wasabi Pesto:

Combine the following in a blender and blend it into a smooth sauce:

  • 1.5 cup basil

  • 1/2 cup spinach

  • 1/4 cup pistachio

  • 1 teaspoon miso paste

  • 2 teaspoon wasabi paste

  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste


  • In a pan, mix wasabi pesto sauce and boiled rigatoni until well combined.

  • Cook for a few minutes. Add water and salt if needed.

  • Serve hot with some parmesan cheese and herb bread or as it is. Enjoy!
