Masala Paneer Vol Au Vent


💛 INGREDIENTS 💛

  • 250 grams paneer, small cubes

  • 1/2 cup green capsicum, small cubes

  • 2 tablespoons red capsicum, small cubes

  • 2 tablespoons yellow capsicum, small cubes

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 4-5 tablespoons tomato purée

  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste

  • 1 teaspoon green chili paste

  • 2 tablespoons coriander, finely chopped

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder

  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder

  • 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder

  • 1/2 tablespoon garam masala

  • 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder

  • 1/4 tablespoon black pepper powder

  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 8-10 vol au vents


💚 INSTRUCTIONS 💚

  • In a pan, heat sesame oil.

  • Once hot, add in ginger paste, green chili paste and capsicums. Sauté for a minute.

  • Then add tomato purée, all the masalas and chili sauce. Cook for 2 minutes more.

  • Add in paneer cubes, butter and mix until well combined.

  • In a oven tray, place vol au vents, fill it with masala paneer and bake on 180 C until slightly golden. (You can add cheese too if you like)

  • Serve hot with ketchup or your favorite sauce.
