💛 INGREDIENTS 💛
250 grams paneer, small cubes
1/2 cup green capsicum, small cubes
2 tablespoons red capsicum, small cubes
2 tablespoons yellow capsicum, small cubes
2 tablespoons sesame oil
4-5 tablespoons tomato purée
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon green chili paste
2 tablespoons coriander, finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1/2 tablespoon cumin powder
1/2 tablespoon garam masala
1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder
1/4 tablespoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon butter
8-10 vol au vents
💚 INSTRUCTIONS 💚
In a pan, heat sesame oil.
Once hot, add in ginger paste, green chili paste and capsicums. Sauté for a minute.
Then add tomato purée, all the masalas and chili sauce. Cook for 2 minutes more.
Add in paneer cubes, butter and mix until well combined.
In a oven tray, place vol au vents, fill it with masala paneer and bake on 180 C until slightly golden. (You can add cheese too if you like)
Serve hot with ketchup or your favorite sauce.
