Creamy Coleslaw Sandwich
1/2 cup green cabbage, thin shredded
1/2 cup red cabbage, thin shredded
1 cup red, yellow, green capsicum, long sliced
1/4 cup zucchini, long sliced
1/4 cup carrot, long sliced
2 tablespoons sweet corn, boiled
4-5 jalapeños, cut in halves
1/2 eggless mayonnaise
1/4 cream cheese
1 teaspoon mustard sauce
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
2 Bread slices
2 teaspoon Butter
Whisk mayonnaise, cream cheese, mustard sauce, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Cover the bowl and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
To make one sandwich:
Take one slice of bread.
Top it with coleslaw.
Put another slice of bread on the top.
In a pan, melt butter.
Put coleslaw sandwich on it, and toast it on both the sides.
Cut and serve with chili mayo.
