White Chocolate Mango Mousse


  • 1/2 cup grated white chocolate

  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream

  • 1 cup mango purée

  • 1/2 cup small mango cubes

  • 1 teaspoon sugar(optional)


For white chocolate mousse:

  • Boil the heavy cream and pour over the grated white chocolate.

  • Mix it well and be sure the chocolate has melted well.

  • Add the whipped cream and fold everything gently.

For mango puree:

  • Grind mango and sugar well.(if mango is sweet enough than no need to add sugar)


  • Take a serving bowl/glass

  • Put mango pieces at the bottom

  • Add white chocolate

  • Pour mango puree

  • Add whipped cream

  • Top it with mango pieces

  • Freeze it for 1-2 hours
