Ingredients:-
1/2 cup grated white chocolate
1/2 cup whipped cream
1/4 cup Heavy cream
1 cup mango purée
1/2 cup small mango cubes
1 teaspoon sugar(optional)
Instructions:-
For white chocolate mousse:
Boil the heavy cream and pour over the grated white chocolate.
Mix it well and be sure the chocolate has melted well.
Add the whipped cream and fold everything gently.
For mango puree:
Grind mango and sugar well.(if mango is sweet enough than no need to add sugar)
Assemble:
Take a serving bowl/glass
Put mango pieces at the bottom
Add white chocolate
Pour mango puree
Add whipped cream
Top it with mango pieces
Freeze it for 1-2 hours
