Overnight Chocolate Chia Oats


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 cup oat milk (or any milk of your choice)


  • 1 tablespoon chocolate shreds for topping

  • Few blueberries and raspberries for topping

  • You can add more toppings of your choice like coconut flakes, chocolate chips, or any fruit of your choice.


  • Take a small jar and mix all the ingredients well.

  • Cover it and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.

  • Remove it and stir it well again.

  • Top it with your favorite toppings in the morning and enjoy this little jar of goodness.
