Cranberry Brie Cigars


  • 32 mini phyllo sheets

  • 16 teaspoons brie cheese

  • 16 teaspoons cranberry sauce

  • Crushed pistachios

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish


  • Preheat oven to 180 degree C.

  • Keep all the sheets under a damp cloth to prevent drying out.

  • Work with two sheets at a time.

  • Place 1 teaspoon of Brie, 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce, and then sprinkle some crushed pistachio over it.

  • Fold the two sides over then roll into a cylinder/cigar shape.

  • Brush with melted butter to seal the edges as you roll.

  • Place them onto a baking tray.

  • Bake cigars until the brie is melted or until golden brown and crispy.

  • Top with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
