Ingredients:-
2 pieces Naan
6 tablespoons Pizza sauce
4 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Chili flakes
Chaat masala to sprinkle
Tandoori Paneer:
250 grams paneer, small dice
3 tablespoons gram flour
4 tablespoons yogurt
1 tablespoon mint-coriander paste
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon black salt
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
Few drops of lemon
1-2 tablespoons oil (on grill sandwich maker)
Toppings:
6-8 green capsicum slices
3-4 yellow capsicum slices
1 jalapeño pepper, round slices
1 green chilies, round slices
3 cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
Grilled tandoori paneer pieces
1 tablespoon yogurt sauce.
Instructions:-
In a large bowl, add yogurt, mint paste, salt, black salt, pepper, chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, chaat masala and few drops of lemon, mix well. (Now keep about 1 tablespoon of yogurt sauce aside for the topping later)
Add gram flour to the rest and mix well.
Add paneer, mix it until well combined.
Marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
Now in grilled sandwich maker, add oil.
Put marinated paneer on it and grill until golden brown.
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees C.
Assemble the naan pizza by spreading pizza sauce, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Add all the toppings, grilled tandoori paneer, yogurt sauce, oregano, chili flakes and sprinkle chaat masala.
Bake it in the oven at 160 degrees C for about 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve hot and fresh.
