2.5 cups of farali roti flour (i got from indian super market)
3 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of dried oregano
1 tbsp of oil
1 tbsp of yogurt
3/4 cup of water
500 grams of tomato puree
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 tsps dried basil(optional)
1/2 tsp sugar
Salt and chili powder to taste
Bell peppers(green, red, yellow)
Preheat your oven to at 200°C.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and oregano. Whisk until thoroughly combined and set aside.
Combine the water, yogurt and oil in a separate cup.
Slowly add the water mixture to the flour mixture, holding back a little in case you don't need it all.
Now mix until the dough is soft, but not sticky. Add a splash more water if your dough is too dry.
Lightly flour your work area and a rolling pin then roll dough into a pizza base shape. Now poke it with fork.
Transfer the pizza base to a nonstick pizza baking oven tray. Spoon the Pizza Sauce over the pizza base. Cover generously with a layer of your favorite toppings, cheese and oregano.
Bake the pizza for 15 to 17 minutes, or until golden brown. Slice and enjoy!
