💛 INGREDIENTS 💛
2 cups Mogo, cut into chips shape & boiled with salt as needed
4 tablespoons butter (margarine if not fasting)
2 tablespoons red chili powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup coriander, chopped
💚 INSTRUCTIONS 💚
In a deep pan, heat butter/margarine.
Add red chili powder, cayenne pepper powder, salt and half of the coriander to it.
Mix well for a minute.
Add Mogo chips, lemon juice to it.
Mix until well combined and add the remaining coriander.
Serve hot with your favorite chutneys or as it is.
