Poussin Mogo


  • 2 cups Mogo, cut into chips shape & boiled with salt as needed

  • 4 tablespoons butter (margarine if not fasting)

  • 2 tablespoons red chili powder

  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper powder

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup coriander, chopped


  • In a deep pan, heat butter/margarine.

  • Add red chili powder, cayenne pepper powder, salt and half of the coriander to it.

  • Mix well for a minute.

  • Add Mogo chips, lemon juice to it.

  • Mix until well combined and add the remaining coriander.

  • Serve hot with your favorite chutneys or as it is.
