Eggfree Donuts


💛 Ingredients 💛

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup warm milk

  • 1.5 teaspoon yeast

  • 3 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • Oil for frying

  • 150 grams white chocolate

  • Red & Blue food color (optional)


💚 Instructions 💚

  • In a bowl, add warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Mix well, cover, and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  • In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour and salt.

  • Now add the yeast milk mix into the flour mix.

  • Make a soft dough by kneading for 5 minutes.

  • Add butter and knead the dough further for 5 more minutes.

  • Cover, and let it rest until the dough is double in size.

  • Meanwhile, melt white chocolate in a double boiler.

  • Divide melted chocolate into three equal parts. And add 2 drops of red color in one part and blue food color in the second part.

  • Sprinkle some flour on the work surface and roll the dough with about 1” thickness.

  • Now press the doughnut cutter on the dough to make donuts.

  • Let them rest for 5 minutes and then fry them until golden brown.

  • Now dip one side of the donut in melted chocolate, put it on a serving plate and they are ready to eat.
