14 oz / 400 grams desiccated coconut
1/3 cup / 50 grams extra desiccated coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Any food color (optional)
Place the 400 grams of desiccated coconut in a bowl and pour the sweetened condensed milk over it.
Then add a pinch of food color of your choice (optional).
Using a spatula, mix everything together.
Roll a tablespoon worth of the coconut mixture into balls.
Now roll each ball in the remaining 50 grams of shredded coconut.
Leave the balls in the fridge for half an hour and serve chilled!!!
