Ingredients:-
For coconut ball:
(Inner part)
16 tablespoons shredded coconut
6 tablespoons milk powder
5 tablespoons icing sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
For chocolate coat:
(Outer part)
16 tablespoons icing sugar
8 tablespoons milk powder
9 tablespoons drinking chocolate
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons butter
Instructions:-
Mix all the coconut balls ingredients together and make small & tight round balls out of it.
Now mix all the chocolate coat ingredients together and than take around 1 teaspoon of chocolate mix on your palm and dab it lightly, making a flat round shape.
Put a small round coconut ball into it and cover it gently without breaking the ball.
Roll the ball with both your palm giving a smooth round shape making sure no inner part is showing.
Keep it in the fridge for 1 hour and Enjoy.
