Chocolate Date Balls

💛 Ingredients 💛
1.5 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup almonds, finely chopped
1/2 cup pistachios, finely chopped
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)
1/2 cup water + 1 teaspoon coffee
100 grams melted dark chocolate
💚 Instructions 💚
In a food processor, mix all the ingredients except melted dark chocolate.
Pulse it until it is well combined.
Roll the mixer into a ball shape.
Dip the balls in the melted dark chocolate with the help of a fork.
Roll the ball around in the chocolate until it is completely covered.
Lift it out and place on tray/plate with parchment paper.
Keep it in the refrigerator until set.
Enjoy the healthy chocolate balls.
You can use any nuts of your choice.
You can mix chopped nuts into melted chocolate too, to give a nice texture.
You can skip the coffee if you don't want.
