💛 Ingredients 💛
8 slices of crostini/bread, halved and slightly baked with oregano and olive oil.
1 small ball of burratta cheese
For toppings:
Combine the following and mix well:
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 capsicum, chopped
1/2 avocado, chopped (optional)
8-10 black olives
8-10 cherry tomatoes, halved
4-5 basil leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
For walnut pesto:
Combine the following in a blender and blend it:
1 cup basil leaves
1 tablespoon walnuts
1/4 cup olive oil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper powder
💚 Instructions 💚
Spread a generous amount of pesto on a the toast.
Spread the tomato mix over it.
Place the burrata cheese on the top.
Sprinkle some black pepper powder, olive oil and fresh chopped basil.
Serve immediately before it gets soggy.
