1 cup mug, soaked overnight & boiled
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon cumin
Pinch of asafetida
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon cumin-coriander powder
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons coriander, chopped
1 green chili, chopped (optional)
In a deep pan, heat oil.
Add cumin to it and let it splutter.
Add in asafetida, turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder, chili powder.
Add boiled mag, salt and sugar.
Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add lemon juice and chopped coriander.
Mix well and serve hot.
