Ingredients:-


  • 1 cup mug, soaked overnight & boiled

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • Pinch of asafetida

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1 tablespoon cumin-coriander powder

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 2 tablespoons coriander, chopped

  • 1 green chili, chopped (optional)


Instructions:-


  • In a deep pan, heat oil.

  • Add cumin to it and let it splutter.

  • Add in asafetida, turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder, chili powder.

  • Add boiled mag, salt and sugar.

  • Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.

  • Add lemon juice and chopped coriander.

  • Mix well and serve hot.
