💛 INGREDIENTS 💛
1.5 cups chilled greek yogurt
1/2 cup fine sugar or powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder (optional)
4-5 slices of tangerine
4-5 slices of kiwi
Few blueberries (I have used these fruits for the tricolor challenge but you can use any fruits of your choice)
💚 INSTRUCTIONS 💚
In a mixing bowl, take the chilled greek yogurt.
Add fine sugar or powdered sugar. Add sugar according to your taste.
Add cardamom to it.
With a wire whisk, mix them with the yogurt, as well as beat the yogurt until it becomes smooth.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to a couple of hours. You can also keep it overnight.
Decorate with sliced fruits and serve.
(If you are using fruits of your choice, chop them into small cubes and mix with plain shrikhand while serving)
