1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup cashew
1/2 cup pistachios
25 black peppercorn
25 green cardamoms
15 saffron strands (microwave for 10 secs)
2 tablespoon white poppy seeds
2 tablespoon fennel seeds
2 tablespoon melon seeds
2 tablespoon dry rose petals
💚 Instructions 💚
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend it to make a powder.
Tips:
Don't blend too much otherwise the nuts will release oil and the powder will become sticky.
You can add this thandai powder to make thandai milk or any desserts.
