INGREDIENTS:
2 cup green moong dal
2 tablespoons coriander, roughly chopped
2-4 green chilies, roughly chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash dal for 3 times and soak for 4-5 hours.
Drain the water and grind the moong dal along with roughly chopped green chilies and coriander in a blender to make a slightly coarse batter. (Make sure not to blend it into a smooth paste or else it won't be crispy)
Add a tablespoon of water if required.
Take out the better in a bowl, add salt and mix with your hands for 5 minutes to make it fluffy.
Heat the oil in a pan.
When the oil is hot, drop small rounds of the mixture in the oil.
Fry the Bhajiya till nicely browned and crispy.
Serve immediately with chutneys and fried green chilies sprinkled with salt and chat masala.
