Stir Fry Veggie Pasta
💛 Ingredients 💛
1 cup pasta of your choice, boiled
1/2 Green capsicum, chopped
1/2 Red capsicum, chopped
1/2 Yellow capsicum, chopped
1 small Carrot, chopped
1/2 cup Zucchini, chopped
7-8 Babycorn, halved and boiled
1/2 cup Broccoli florets
5-6 Black olives
5-6 Green olives
1/4 cup Paneer, small cubes (optional)
5-6 Basil leaves
2 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon chili sauce
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or oregano)
1/2 teaspoon Chili flakes
💚 Instructions 💚
Heat oil in a large saute pan.
Add all the vegetables and cook for about 1 minute.
Add chili sauce, soy sauce, mayonnaise, and cook for 2 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes.
Add pasta and paneer (if using)
Toss and cook for another minute.
You can use any vegetables of you choice.
You can use any pasta of your choice.
Gluten-free pasta is also available.
You can use tamari instead of soy sauce for a gluten-free version.
You can use tofu instead of paneer if you are a vegan.
Vegan mayonnaise is also available.
