Stir Fry Buns


  • 4 pieces buns, cut into dice

  • 1 capsicum, chopped

  • 1 tomato, chopped

  • 1/2 cup coriander, chopped

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

  • 1 tablespoon pavbhaji masala

  • Salt to taste


  • In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of oil.

  • Add chopped capsicum and sauté for 2 minutes.

  • Add chopped tomatoes and 1/4 cup coriander and sauté again for few minutes.

  • Now add chili powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, pavbhaji masala and salt.

  • Mix well and cook until capsicum is slightly soft.

  • Now add buns cubes and mix properly.

  • Add 1 tablespoon of butter and coriander to it before serving.


  • To make it more tasty and buttery, apply butter to the buns before cutting them.

  • Add buns to the sautéed veggies just before serving otherwise it will get too soggy and will soak all the butter.

  • You can serve it with grated cheese too.
