Ingredients:-
4 pieces buns, cut into dice
1 capsicum, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup coriander, chopped
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 tablespoon pavbhaji masala
Salt to taste
Instructions:-
In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of oil.
Add chopped capsicum and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes and 1/4 cup coriander and sauté again for few minutes.
Now add chili powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, pavbhaji masala and salt.
Mix well and cook until capsicum is slightly soft.
Now add buns cubes and mix properly.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter and coriander to it before serving.
Tips:
To make it more tasty and buttery, apply butter to the buns before cutting them.
Add buns to the sautéed veggies just before serving otherwise it will get too soggy and will soak all the butter.
You can serve it with grated cheese too.
