Ingredients:-
3 large tomatoes, cut into cubes
1 green chili, slit or chopped
2 tablespoons coriander, chopped
1/2 cup gathiya (or sev)
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon cumin/mustard seeds
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon coriander-cumin powder
Pinch of asafetida
6 teaspoons sugar
Waters needed
Instructions:-
In a pan, heat oil.
Add in cumin (or mustard seeds) and let it splutter.
Add asafetida, green chili and tomatoes.
Add in salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander-cumin powder.
Mix well, cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
Add sugar and water as per your need.
Add in the coriander, mix, and cook until you get the consistency of curry.
Now add gathiya or sev to it and serve hot.
Tips:
Add gathiya or sev just before serving otherwise it will be soggy.
You can have it with Bhakri, paratha, or rotlo with papad or vaghareli chaas.
