💛 INGREDIENTS 💛
300 grams paneer
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Crushed peanuts and chili flakes for garnish
Marinade:
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon sriracha/chili sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon Thai spice
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 tablespoon sesame oil
💚 INSTRUCTIONS 💚
Cut the paneer into equal sized strips that are about 1/2 inch in thickness and 3-4 inches long.
Put a skewer in each strip so that it’s about half of the way inside.
In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients for the marinade. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
Now dip the paneer skewers into the marinade making sure they are fully covered.
Cover the bowl and let it sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
After marination, take out the paneer skewers and grill them.
Keep turning the skewers to ensure an even cook on all the sides.
Now there will be some marinade left after removing the skewers. Add peanut butter to it and that will be the peanut sauce for dipping.
Once the paneer is golden brown, garnish with some crushed peanuts and chili flakes.
Serve with the dipping sauce and enjoy!
