Papdi Chaat

💛 Ingredients 💛

  • 3 large papdi pieces, you can small too.

  • 3-4 tablespoons potato, boiled and cubed

  • 3-4 tablespoons tomato, chopped

  • 3-4 tablespoons capsicum, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons coriander chutney

  • 2 tablespoons tamarind chutney

  • 1 tablespoon red chili chutney

  • salt & red chili powder to taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala

  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander

  • 4-5 tablespoons sweet yogurt (optional)

  • 1/4 cup fine sev

  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate arils, to garnish


💚 Instructions 💚

  • Arrange papdi on a plate.

  • Pour the sweet yogurt on the top of papdi if using.

  • Top with potatoes, tomatoes, and capsicum.

  • Drizzle coriander chutney, chili chutney, and tamarind chutney on top.

  • Sprinkle salt, red chili powder, chaat masala, chopped coriander, and fine sev on top.

  • Garnish with pomegranate seeds.

  • Serve immediately.
