Panko Mozzarella Sticks

200 grams mozzarella cheese, cut into 6 sticks
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
Salt to taste
2 cups panko bread crumbs
Oil for Deep Frying
💚 Instructions 💚
In a bowl; mix all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper powder, Italian seasoning, required water, and make a lump-free batter. And keep it aside.
On a plate, spread panko bread crumbs.
Take a mozzarella cheese stick, dip in the batter mixture and then coat in the panko bread crumbs.
Again dip in the batter mixture and then coat in panko bread crumbs and keep aside.
Now keep all the sticks in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Heat the oil in a deep pan, and fry all the sticks until golden brown.
Remove the fried panko mozzarella sticks on a paper towel and transfer them to the serving plate, sprinkle some Italian seasoning and serve with your favorite sauce.
