💛 INGREDIENTS 💛
4 cups button mushroom, diced
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon cumin
1.5 cups tomatoes, chopped
3 teaspoons red chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin-coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1.5 teaspoons garam masala
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons coriander, finely chopped
💚 INSTRUCTIONS 💚
In a pan, heat butter and saute cumin seeds till they turn aromatic.
Add tomatoes and saute till they turn soft and mushy.
Now add red chili powder, cumin-coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
Mix on low flame for a minute.
Add in mushrooms and sugar and mix gently.
Cover and simmer for few minutes till the mushroom gets cooked well.
Now add butter and coriander leaves.
Mix gently, making sure everything is combined well.
Serve Mushroom masala hot with chapati or paratha.
