1 cup fresh mint, roughly chopped
1/4 cup fresh coriander, roughly chopped
1 green chili, roughly chopped
Few drops of lemon
1 cup yogurt
Pinch of salt
Combine the following in a mini blender and blend it into a smooth paste:
Mint, coriander, chili and lemon.
Add yogurt and salt to the paste and mix it well.
You can make mint paste before hand and can freeze it.
Make sure you heat up the paste only the amount you need to use, if you heat it again and again it will become black. Also its not good for health.
