Masala Papad

๐Ÿ’› Ingredients ๐Ÿ’›

  • 1 udad papad ( fried or roasted)

  • 1/2 cabbage, chopped

  • 1/2 tomato, chopped

  • 1/4 capsicum, chopped

  • 1/4 cucumber, chopped

  • 1 green chili, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons coriander, chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon chat masala

๐Ÿ’š Instructions ๐Ÿ’š

  • In a mixing bowl, mix chopped cabbage, tomatoes, capsicum, cucumber, green chilies, and coriander.

  • Add in half of the chat masala and red chili powder, and mix well.

  • Sprinkle some chili powder and chat masala on the papad.

  • Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the veggie mix over it.

  • Sprinkle some more coriander.

  • Serve immediately with mint chutney and bullet chili chutney before it gets soggy.
