Masala Chai Icecream Sandwich


  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 3 tablespoon tea

  • 1 teaspoon chai masala + some more to sprinkle

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 pack Parle G biscuits (approx 20 pieces)


  • In a pan, add water, tea, chai masala, and sugar. Boil it until it's reduced to half.

  • Sieve it and let it cool.

  • Whip the cream with a mixer on medium-high speed until firm peaks form.

  • Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk and vanilla essence with a spatula until combined, then fold the lightened mixture into the whipped cream until well blended.

  • Pour into a chilled metal loaf pan, swirl in the chai mix with a spoon.

  • Sprinkle some chai masala over it evenly and freeze until it's thick and creamy.

  • After 3 hours or so, remove the ice cream pan out. With the help of a knife, slice the ice cream into Parle G biscuit size.

  • Now sandwich each ice cream slice between two Parle G biscuits.

  • Serve the Masala Chai Icecream Sandwiches immediately.
