4 tortilla/flatbread/pitta
4 tablespoons harissa sauce
For Harissa halloumi:
Marinate the following for minimum 2 hours, then grill on a grill plate:
200 grams halloumi cheese block, cut into 14 pieces
2 tablespoons harissa sauce
For Harissa yogurt:
Mix the following in a bowl:
100 grams greek yogurt
2 tablespoons harissa sauce
For vegetables:
Grill the following on a grill plate:
1 zucchini, sliced
1/2 red capsicum, sliced
1/2 yellow capsicum, sliced
1/2 green capsicum, sliced
10-12 button mushrooms, sliced
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, pepper & chili powder to taste
💚 Instructions 💚
Warm tortilla/flatbread/pitta.
Spread it with the harissa yoghurt and harissa sauce.
Top it with the vegetables and marinated harissa halloumi, in the center.
Sprinkle some pepper powder on it.
Wrap it up and enjoy.
