Grilled Harissa Halloumi & Vegetable Wrap

๐Ÿ’› Ingredients ๐Ÿ’›


  • 4 tortilla/flatbread/pitta

  • 4 tablespoons harissa sauce


For Harissa halloumi:

Marinate the following for minimum 2 hours, then grill on a grill plate:

  • 200 grams halloumi cheese block, cut into 14 pieces

  • 2 tablespoons harissa sauce


For Harissa yogurt:

Mix the following in a bowl:


For vegetables:

Grill the following on a grill plate:

  • 1 zucchini, sliced

  • 1/2 red capsicum, sliced

  • 1/2 yellow capsicum, sliced

  • 1/2 green capsicum, sliced

  • 10-12 button mushrooms, sliced

  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt, pepper & chili powder to taste


๐Ÿ’š Instructions ๐Ÿ’š


  • Warm tortilla/flatbread/pitta.

  • Spread it with the harissa yoghurt and harissa sauce.

  • Top it with the vegetables and marinated harissa halloumi, in the center.

  • Sprinkle some pepper powder on it.

  • Wrap it up and enjoy.
