Ingredients:-
1 cup Dosa batter
1 tablespoon butter
Pinch of chili powder
2 tablespoons potato masala
2 tablespoons red coconut chutney
2 tablespoons green coconut chutney
1 tablespoon malgapudi chutney (malgapudi powder + ghee)
Instructions:-
In a flat nonstick pan, pour half a cup of dosa batter and immediately begin to spread it evenly starting from the center in a circular way to make a thin crepe.
Sprinkle some chili powder on it.
Add butter and spread it evenly.
Dosa is ready once it's golden brown.
Now lay your dosa out on a cutting board. Take a knife and cut the middle of the dosa down to the edge
Divide up into four quarters.
Place potato masala, green coconut chutney, red coconut chutney, and malgapudi chutney in each quarter.
Fold the wrap up, starting from the bottom left quarter, folding it up over the top left, then folding it over to the top right, then folding it down to the bottom right.
