💚 INGREDIENTS 💚
2 cups farfalle pasta(or any pasta of your choice, boiled
2 cups tomatoes, crushed
1/2 cup basil leaves, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons chili flakes
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast(optional)
Chopped red chilies or Chili oil to garnish.
💛 INSTRUCTIONS 💛
In a nonstick pan, heat olive oil.
Stir in the crushed tomatoes and basil. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season the sauce with salt, pepper, chili flakes, Italian seasoning, nutritional yeast, and sugar. Mix well.
Toss boiled pasta with the sauce. (add water if needed).
Top with chopped chilies or chili oil or freshly grated parmesan cheese.
