1 cup milk
1 teaspoon sugar ( or as needed)
1 heaped tablespoon thandai powder

Mix all the ingredients in a cup or a glass well.
Let it chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Serve chilled.
You can also serve this drink hot if you like.
