Happy Eater (Nairobi Style)

Ingredients:-

Makes one sandwich:

  • 2 slices of bread

  • 2 tablespoons capsicum, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon green chilies, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon cheddar cheese

  • 1-2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese

  • 4 teaspoons butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs (or oregano)

  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)


 

Instructions:-

  • Apply 1 teaspoon of butter on each bread (both the sides) and place one bread on a sandwich grill maker.

  • Now spread cheddar cheese evenly on it.

  • Place capsicum, tomatoes and green chilies on the top of it.

  • Sprinkle mixed herbs and chili flakes (if using)

  • Spread mozzarella cheese evenly.

  • Place another bread on the top.

  • Now grill it until brown.
     

  • Serve with fries and ketchup.
