Chocolate Date Balls

💛 Ingredients 💛

  • 16 dates

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup almonds, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup pistachios, finely chopped

  • 5 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)

  • 1/2 cup water + 1 teaspoon coffee

  • 100 grams melted dark chocolate


 

💚 Instructions 💚

  • In a food processor, mix all the ingredients except melted dark chocolate.

  • Pulse it until it is well combined.

  • Roll the mixer into a ball shape.

  • Dip the balls in the melted dark chocolate with the help of a fork.

  • Roll the ball around in the chocolate until it is completely covered.

  • Lift it out and place on tray/plate with parchment paper.

  • Keep it in the refrigerator until set.

  • Enjoy the healthy chocolate balls.

Tips:

  • You can use any nuts of your choice.

  • You can mix chopped nuts into melted chocolate too, to give a nice texture.

  • You can skip the coffee if you don't want.
