💛 INGREDIENTS 💛
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup soda water/sparkling water
1/2 cup Stoney/Ginger-ale
1/2 cup pineapple cubes
5-6 jalapeno slices
5-6 mint leaves
2 tablespoons sugar
Few lemon slices
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Ice cubes
💚 INSTRUCTIONS 💚
Take Jalapeno slices, chopped pineapple, mint leaves and sugar in a big glass. Muddle it well.
In a plate, mix salt and chili powder.
Take 2 glasses. Moisten the Rim with lemon slice. Evenly dip the rim into salt and chili powder mixture.
Now take ice cubes in glasses. Divide muddled mixture in 2 glasses.
Add Pineapple juice, Stoney and soda water. Mix gently.
Garnish it with some lemon wedges, sliced jalapeno and mint leaves.
