Masala Paneer Hotdog

💛 Ingredients 💛


For Paneer filling:

  • 250 grams paneer

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste

  • 1 teaspoon green chili paste

  • 1 capsicum, chopped

  • 3 tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon coriander, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1 tablespoon cumin-coriander powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala

  • 1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce


For tossing:

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1/4 teaspoon pav bhaji masala

  • 1 tablespoon coriander, chopped

  • 6 piece hotdog buns


💚 Instructions 💚


For Paneer filling:

  • In a pan, heat oil.

  • Add cumin, ginger paste and green chili paste and saute for 1 minute.

  • Add capsicum and tomatoes and saute until a little soft.

  • Add all the masalas and cook for few minutes.

  • Add ketchup and chili sauce and mix well.

  • Add paneer and coriander and mix until well combined.


For tossing:

  • Take a hotdog bun, make a slit in the center.

  • Fill it with the paneer mixture.

  • Heat butter in a pan, add pav bhaji masala and coriander.

  • Toss the hotdog on both sides for a minute.

  • Serve hot with ketchup, mayonnaise, or as it is.
