💛 Ingredients 💛
For Paneer filling:
250 grams paneer
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon green chili paste
1 capsicum, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon coriander, chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon cumin-coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon chili sauce
For tossing:
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon pav bhaji masala
1 tablespoon coriander, chopped
6 piece hotdog buns
💚 Instructions 💚
For Paneer filling:
In a pan, heat oil.
Add cumin, ginger paste and green chili paste and saute for 1 minute.
Add capsicum and tomatoes and saute until a little soft.
Add all the masalas and cook for few minutes.
Add ketchup and chili sauce and mix well.
Add paneer and coriander and mix until well combined.
For tossing:
Take a hotdog bun, make a slit in the center.
Fill it with the paneer mixture.
Heat butter in a pan, add pav bhaji masala and coriander.
Toss the hotdog on both sides for a minute.
Serve hot with ketchup, mayonnaise, or as it is.
