Cheesy Jalapeño Dough Balls

15 pickled jalapenos, chopped
16 mozzarella cheese cubes
For the dough:
Combine the following to make a soft dough, knead for 10 mins, cover, and let it rise for 30 minutes:
1 cup all-purpose flour (plus extra for working)
2 teaspoons dry yeast
1.5 teaspoons of salt (or as needed)
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon mixed herbs, rubbed
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 cup warm water (or as needed)
💚 Instructions 💚
For the dough balls:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Roll dough into a long tube.
Chop into 16 balls.
Add a mozzarella cheese cube and chopped jalapenos to the center of each dough ball.
Pinch from all the sides and seal all the balls.
Place all the dough balls in an oven tray.
Leave the dough balls to rest in the pan for 20 minutes.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve hot with herbs butter or pizza sauce.
