Air Fryer Mogo

Ingredients:-

Mogo:

  • 1 long thick mogo (approx 1kg), cut into small rectangular pieces

  • Water to boil

  • 1 tablespoon salt or to taste

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Lemon chutney:

Combine the following in a bowl and mix well:

  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 3 tablespoons chili powder

  • 1 tablespoon salt or salt to taste

Instructions:-

Mogo:

  • In a pressure cooker, add water, salt , turmeric powder and mogo pieces.

  • Whistle it thrice or until soft.

  • Now with the help of brush, apply oil and air fry it for 15-20 minutes or until desired brown color.

  • You can also deep fry them or bake them in the oven, if you dont have air fryer.

  • Serve it with lemon chutney.
