ABC Juice (Apple, Beetroot, Carrot)

2 apples, halved

1 large carrot, peeled and halved

1/2 beetroot, peeled and halved

1 stick celery

3-4 mint leaves

1 small piece of bottle guard (optional)

1 small cube of ginger (optional)

Wash all the veggies thoroughly and combine them in a bowl.

Add all the ingredients to the juicer, one by one, until you’ve juiced it all.

Enjoy chilled.
